Taca worthless e-mails
I just got this e-mail from TACA:
"
New Time Limits for Award Tickets
Beginning March 1st we are offering new time limits for redeeming award tickets with the objective of improving our service:
Reservations made 31 or more days prior to flight will cancel after 10 days.
Reservations made between 30 and 11 days prior to flight will cancel after 5 days.
Reservations made between 10 and 4 days prior to flight will cancel after 48 hours.
Reservations made less than 3 days prior to flight will cancel after 24 hours.
For reservations made before March 1st, 2006 previous time limits will apply.

What a waste of my e-mail, their good will, etc.
Why not say this at reservation time?
Why not talk about some sort of good news...even if they just make it up?
