So....will our miles become worthless?
Just saw the 'Avianca will exit Staralliance' message on FT's homepage on Sept 1. Does that mean our miles will become worthless?

Avianca Brasil is leaving Star Alliance; Avianca SA is not.

aaaahhhhh, so we're not anticipating any major changes to the Avianca programme at this point?

For now no. But Avianca has long systemic problems. Best case scenario United will come to the rescue. Worst case...You get nada...
