elite qualification & status questions

I've always thought the minimum miles flown with Avianca requirement (9K, 16K, 30K for the 3 levels) were for actual miles flown - not qualifying miles. Am I correct or incorrect?
While the LM website says minimum miles flown with Avianca, the AV website has contrasting info. The AV website states "qualifying miles with Avianca." So does the 9, 16, and 30 K minimum count actual EQM? Has anyone flown a paid J segment that can verify this?

I've had one AV multi city trip in 2019, paid biz promo fare.
Missing from "Recent Accruals" is JFK-LIM via BOG July 18th
I hope it helps figuring out the Lifemiles program.

Very helpful! Since your EQM matches your Avianca flown miles, it appears that the extra EQM earned in biz class counts towards the minimum AV flown miles too. Thank you!
