Plusgrade - point earning
Hi
I have an Avianca booking in economy. I am considering bidding for an upgrade. I have attached my SK *G account to the booking.
My question is: Should the bidding by accepted and I am upgraded to Business, will I still be able to earn points on my SK account? I am used to SAS plusgrade. When being upgraded using Plusgrade with SAS they clearly state in the terms and conditions, that you will only be able to earn points on SK eurobonus and NOT other programs.
I have not been able to find similar condition on AV plusgrade, except that earnings on lifemiles is according to original booking class.
Is there any experience on pax being upgraded and still earning points on a star alliance program?
