I am thinking to buy a return economy ticket from London to Bogota and then bid for an upgrade. Can you please tell me whats the lowest i can bid for this route and how succesfull the bids are usually?

I'm guessing 750mil meant 750,000 pesos. 'mil' is Spanish for 1000. About US$250
