Dead loop with call center

Dead loop with call center

I have been having a really difficult time connecting to an agent from the lifemiles department. I followed the automated system but it is always transferred to the sales department. Then the agent would transfer me to the lifemiles department which never got through. Instead it would be transferred back the sales department. Is there a good way to reach a lifemiles agent? Thanks a lot!

Include your lifemiles number, PNR and phone number.

They will usually call you back within 24-48 hours. Even internationally.
