How to retrieve an old boarding pass?
Took a flight a month ago to MAD and I want to credit the miles to Iberia, but they want the boarding pass...

Not possible.
You can ask the operating carrier if they send you a confirmation.

Tell them that you had an electronic bording-pass on the phone and you've already cancelled it...
They can proof the status of the e-ticket and see if you've really flown or not.
