They obviously "broke" the UA thing by making some changes. Hopefully they will just undo those changes or fix them.

I remember we did the same a year ago, when they suddenly changed their award chart. Well, didn't help

Not if the request is for a legitimate - No Hanky Panky -straight forward UA EWR-LHR. If someone sends such a facebook message - then I think we should all keep radio silence for awhile about the CandyAnimal and Woodcutting Tool and the others.

Commenting on my thread isn't such a good idea, because this is a page that restricts comments by others.

Someone commented already and I answered, and 5 minutes later you can't see neither comment.

But they seem to be quite diligent in answering most comments.

So I would propose, start your own thread there, even if you want to refer to my statement. At least they need to answer twice then

But it drew their attention and prompted a response. That is all we expect here.

All this talk about UA availability really belongs in the http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/avian...out-today.html thread. However, the chatter helps scroll the sensitive stuff off, and we all know that noobs only read the last couple of pages. So keep it here...

Just got an answer from Lifemiles facebook page, that I should provide them with some specific flight. Looks like a standard copy paste message.

They wanted screenshots of my error message, and so they got them.
I also added a detailed description of what's not working, one more time.
Very curious what's going to happen
