Error?
So I´ve been trying to book EWR-SIN-HKG now and all i get is the following message:
Sorry, There was problem while processing your transaction.
Please try again.If the problem persists or you need additional information please contact LifeMiles Support.
Anyone else experience the same problem at this moment?

I keep getting this same message when I search for a simple return yet it works when I do them as 2 x one ways (tried multiple times on multiple computers, cleared cookies etc).
I wanted to book it as a return to avoid paying 2 x booking fees but I also want to avoid calling the call centre to book if necessary - will they charge me more to book a return in booking fees if I call through the call centre, or should I just pay the extra $50 and book it as 2 x one ways to save time?

I got this Error now.
On Flights from LGA to ORD (Business) in next week, i cant get to the booking summary.
There comes the Error:
Sorry, There was problem while processing your transaction.
Please try again.If the problem persists or you need additional information please contact LifeMiles Support.
But every other routing is working.. How can i fix the problem?

I have been having the issue for a couple of weeks, trying regularly to book some flights (that are available on ANA).

Having the error problem right now and it's annoying.
Was able to see the avaibility on ANA, EF, & United.
Trying to redeem for 2 in First. I see the space & can select it, then when i get to the name information page and try to go to the next page after filling it i keep getting an error...
Tried clearing the cookies, using different computer, same problem!
