Error?

So I´ve been trying to book EWR-SIN-HKG now and all i get is the following message:

Sorry, There was problem while processing your transaction.
Please try again.If the problem persists or you need additional information please contact LifeMiles Support.

Anyone else experience the same problem at this moment?

August / September but it worked now after giving it about 100 tries.

Always safe to check availability on ANA tool first.

I checked some other "routes" on LifeMiles to. It did not work either so i guess it was some technical issues only.

I've seen it quite a bit, even when the same search was successful a few minutes prior.

Always clear my cookies, and 99% of the time it works.

I keep getting this same message when I search for a simple return yet it works when I do them as 2 x one ways (tried multiple times on multiple computers, cleared cookies etc).

I wanted to book it as a return to avoid paying 2 x booking fees but I also want to avoid calling the call centre to book if necessary - will they charge me more to book a return in booking fees if I call through the call centre, or should I just pay the extra $50 and book it as 2 x one ways to save time?

Pony up the extra $25 and book online as two one-ways. Then you'll be able to cancel and re-book the inbound if you want to change it

I got this Error now.
On Flights from LGA to ORD (Business) in next week, i cant get to the booking summary.

There comes the Error:

Please try again.If the problem persists or you need additional information please contact LifeMiles Support.

But every other routing is working.. How can i fix the problem?

That error after they let you choose a flight usually means phantom availability

Okay, thank you!
But i get these errors on every routing in the US.
On routes like FRA-SIN, there's no problems..

Fixed, how? Did it suddenly start working or is there some trick to it?
I have been having the issue for a couple of weeks, trying regularly to book some flights (that are available on ANA).

Yep, just tried, YYZ-SIN got some AC, BR and SQ availability, search outcome came up pretty fast.

Having the error problem right now and it's annoying.
Was able to see the avaibility on ANA, EF, & United.

Trying to redeem for 2 in First. I see the space & can select it, then when i get to the name information page and try to go to the next page after filling it i keep getting an error...

Tried clearing the cookies, using different computer, same problem!
