As of yesterday, when I passed through ICN on KE, there were still OZ flights operating out of T1, so I guess they weren't able to move all operations over at once as expected.

After Asiana Lounge East is shut down and Asiana Lounge Central is repurposed, regular *G passenger can access Star Alliance Lounge, formerly the Asiana Lounge West.
Speaking of *G passenger lounge access, is it risky as a *G (with status through an airline other than Asiana) to book future OZ flights? I saw that they aren't allowing award bookings after Dec 1, but it isn't clear to me if that means *G benefits will certainly be honored before Dec 1. It appears that currently *G passengers have access to KE lounges in T1? I am looking at an economy flight at the end of September that would have a long layover at ICN. The price is very good, but it will obviously be less appealing if *G benefits turn out to have ended.

In all likelihood *A benefits will continue till 1 December from the wording last seen (on redemptions), but nobody here can guarantee that will stay the plan 10 months into the future. Perhaps just watch the space and book closer to the date? I am myself eyeing a flight in late October

I am eyeing a lat November flight that I hope to be able to be credited to *A. Hopefully flights concluding before December 1, 2026 will still earn miles on *A.

Another data point: if you search on SQ Krisflyer for redemption flights between SIN and ICN, OZ options cease on 1 December exactly. Maybe other *A programmes will show similar.

When flying Asiana I would always access the SIN lounge (if open) which is far superior to the Asiana lounges in terminal 1. Which lounge in terminal 2 is considered the best lounge available to OZ/KE business class passengers?

All the KE lounges are bad. Take the one closest to your gate and enjoy the bricks of cheese and cups of water they offer.

I'm looking for the best non-KE/OZ Lounge in T2, not the worst!

LOL

I think I will suffer that for a year before I switch to SQ or TG when visiting ROK
