coupons not showing?

coupons not showing?
I am trying to purchase 2 tix HND-GMP. just registered with asiana and received 3 coupons to use when departing HND. but when I am on the flight selection or payment page, and click on "select coupons" none show despite seeing in my profile that 3 coupons are available and have been downloaded. they are all valid, what gives? can't call since there's a "high call volume" and they hang up on my. not a very good first impression! any clues?
