Round trip or RTW Award
When award travel between North America and SE Asia, I plan to have a stopover on the outbound in NE Asia and a stopover in Europe on the return portion. Does Asiana award travel allows such routing and be considered as a roundtrip award or would this be considered as a RTW award?

For Asiana RTW awards, backtracking regions isn't allowed and the itinerary needs both TATL and TPAC elements. Based on your post, a RTW itinerary e.g. Canada - North East Asia - South East Asia - Europe - Canada seems within the fare rules.
I don't see it as a return itinerary unless the itinerary is e.g. Canada-Europe via N.E. Asia, with a side trip to S.E. Asia en route (possibly booked as a separate ticket).
