Missing Mileage
I had two UA flights on August 20 that haven't been credited to my OZ account yet.
What is the best way to get those miles credited? I read on the OZ website that they want the original boarding pass(es) -- what a pain in the butt

They have accepted a copy from me before despite stating they want the original, but perhaps I just was lucky and the employee in charge was having a good day. I concur with jujub that the easiest and best option is just to go to a counter if you have the chance. I believe you have 12 months to make the claim.
That said, I'd hold on another week or so before claiming the miles; miles from UA can be a bit slow to post and I've had to wait around 2 weeks before.

Boy I was going to write a post exactly about this!! In fact, my flight was on Aug 20th too! haha.
Still waiting. US flight took less than 5 days to post. UA taking a bit.. bad thing is I threw away the boarding pass.. (is there a way to re-claim the BP??)
