Codeshare flight CO/LH
I have question about mileage accrual.
I will fly CO5193 from GOT to FRA.
The ticket is CO L-fare but the flight will be operated by Lufthansa.
I am not sure how OZ will calculate mile for this route because
L fare for Continental is 100% but
L fare for Lufthansa is 0% ......

I will fly with code share of CO operated by LH.
I wonder that my ticket is CO L-fare and I want to keep into my OZ account.
Then I do not know how justification to this ticket will be made; will it be considered as LH-L class or CO-L class.

The question you ask is a common problem within Star Alliance. And it is very difficult to give you the right answer. You will get your miles based on the booking class of the operating carrier, so in your case LH.
However, you don't know the booking class of LH as the CO L fare might translate into a totally different booking class for LH. So CO L might be LH E or LH H etc.
So YMMV. At a large forum like the UA or LH forum, people can build a matrix based on their experience. But here are OZ we just don't have enough data points. And you need a lot of date. What is the CA L fare operated by NZ? Or the AC Q fare operated by UA?

Ok, if we do not know the translation. Then it means that I should wait until I know that the flight cannot be accrued into OZ account to resubmit for other account like UA?
So complicated when it comes to something unknown.
I only know that CO L-fare is the lowest tier but I do not know how it will be traslated to LH fare !!.....

You could ask at the CO forum. Maybe someone knows what LH booking class corresponds to CO L?
