MNL Layover
Ahoy;
Tomorrow I have a long layover in MNL - 13.30-20.00 and am arriving on PR into MNL T2. Does anyone have any suggestions for what to do? I'm looking for things closer to the airport than not, as the traffic might be really hideous.
Thanks!

Robinson's Place - L.A. Cafe - happy hour at G-Point (very expatty bar) and a walk along the Baywalk around sunset finishing with a Filipino food dinner at the Aristocrat. You could also poke your head in the Casino Filipino at the Hyatt.
Would take about a P120 taxi ride from airport (*if* you walk out to the street rather than use the airport taxis), but once you're in Ermita the area is all walkable. If you really like to walk and the weather isn't awful there's also Rizal Park next door and Intramuros north of that.

The Mall of Asia is pretty big, you could stop in there just to say you have seen the place. I prefer the Robinson Mall in Ermita though because that is the area I usually spend a few days at. You reach the Mall of Asia (off Roxas) before you get to the area where the Robinson Mall - G Point is located (Ermita area.)
Meter taxi from Ermita to the airport will run around 180 pisos or less if from the MofA, I usually tell the driver I will give him a tip plus the meter fare (40-45 pisos tip.)
Good luck.
