Budget accommodation in Hanoi?
I'm going to be in Hanoi for three nights in Feb with my brother and was wondering if anyone has any recs for a good budget place.
The funny thing is that the price isn't really what matters. He's 24, single, 420-friendly and likes to have a good time.
I like staying at backpacker accommodation, especially in new places, since the people are friendly and I spend plenty of other nights at nice hotels.
So, does anyone have a rec for something that might fit that bill in Hanoi?

There are many boutique hotels in Hanoi Old Quarters. Luong Ngoc Quyen Street and surrounding streets are good starting point.

No need to book in advance, just walk around the Old Quarters and you'll find plenty of choices. All prices are negotiable, so don't take their first offer.
