Villa Uma in Bali?

I see from past post that a few flyertalk'ers have stayed at the Villa Uma in Ubud. I would love to hear some first hand comments about your stay.
How far is the villa from Ubud? How was the food, etc?

thanks

The villa is about 10 minutes from Ubud. The food was simply prepared and very good- the setting - candlelight and all cannot be surpassed at any dining venue in Ubud- we had not planned to eat our dinners at the villa but it was hard to pass up an early evening at the table. breakfast too was a treat- fresh tropical fruits, yogurts, breads and juices, Balinese coffee and whatever you choose- Made and Ketut who are caretakers andcooks are lovely and will supply the house with what you like to eat- feel free to send me a PM- I recommend without reservation. And if you are looking tfor a driver/guide contact Wayan Sueta at www.hiddenbali.com. He picked us up each morning and returned us in the evening - an outstanding guide.
