Which Raja's?
I understand from this board that there are two tailors on or near Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok called Raja's. Which one is which and which one would you recommend.
I have been to the one that is just across from the JW Marriott on the other side of the road (i.e. ON Sukhumvit road) and was happy with it but would be interested to hear about the other place.
Thanks!

There are several tailor's in Bangkok with 'Raja' in the store name.
The one that most people refer to (and the one I have used and recommended) is Raja's Fashions, on Soi 4, directly opposite the Nana Hotel. This is the store run by Mr. Bobby.

Rodger the Tailor from Where???
What you could do is just call the UA res line for general members a when you talk to some person name Sean O'Malley from bombay he can recommend his cousin Rodger who has a shop in BKK......
Sorry for the Pun (jab) but there are many good tailors in BKK . I would avoid Mr. Narry and any in you hotel..
After you get a suit made wander over to Morning Night Bar, their open at 10am and ask for Mona!

I've had this business card for a year. Never purchased there. I went on a Sunday and didn't have time to wait until Monday for a fitting. I think the name of the place I used was Majestic. I mentioned it elsewhere in this forum. They were ok but I'll go to Mr. Bobby next time.

Can Raja's do a pretty quick turnaround? Am going to be in BKK for just a couple days, would be great to drop by there for some new suits, but is that possible in such a short period of time? (coming in Sat morning, leaving Monday night)
