Getting away to KUL June 5 to June 7. Heading with my better half, and having trouble choosing which hotel to stay in. Last year we stayed at the Sheraton Imperial, and found it to be great- nice Club floor room, with an excellent Twin Towers view.
The pool was a little small, and this was the only problem with it.
Would this be our best bet in KUL? My SPG has dropped back down to base level, so the room allocation may not be as good as last time as gold.

There's a good thread about KL hotels if you search in the "luxury hotels" thread, but I guess you'd better state what criteria you want from your hotel.

I personally like to stay at the new Hilton KL. But will be trying out the Le Meridien KL this June. It's actually next door to the KL Hilton at the KL Sentral Train station. There is an Amex card promotion at the moment. Stay 2 nights, 3rd night free. I'm booked for the Club Floor Room at RM 405.

I used to stay at the Sheraton but after reading the thread on the Hilton in the Hilton forum I decided to give it a try. Don't think I will be going back to the Sheraton now.
I really liked the open room concept and the exec lounge is so much better than the one at the Sheraton.

I've booked at the Le Meriedien, into an Executive Club Suite, for a little more than the price of a club room at the Sheraton Imperial. It is next to the Hilton, so we'll see how it goes.
