Sanur, Bali
Warung Agung has a good Balinese "sampler" plate with various Balinese specialties for around R30K. Good Balinese coffee and, of course, big bottles of Bintang beer.
Very friendly staff, though, because of the steep drop off in tourism, it's not clear if the staff or restaurant will be around much longer.
The restaurant is on the main road in South Sanur (not Bypass) 5-10 minutes walk South from the Bali Hyatt, where the food is 10 times more expensive and not as good.
