ATM at BKK?

Flying TG into BKK, is there an ATM handy in the TG terminal area or after going through customs?

I believe there is at least one after the customs on the arrival floor. Just ask at the information counter. A few bank outlets are also there for converting major currencies into Thai Baht.

I prefer to change US$ at the airport site of the Bangkok Bank (they are located both sides of security: in transit and landside) and don't use the ATM.

It helps if you must change back when leaving. Don'0 forget to have 500 Baht left, they will be levied in cash (at a 'kiosk') when you pass security on your departing trip.

There is also an automated change machine that accepts US $100 bills. You just insert the US bill and out comes the change in baht. It is right after immigration but before exiting customs.

I have never had trouble getting cash from the ATM right after I clear customs/baggage. I don't recall which terminal it is, but I always arrive on NW.

I think when you come out the doors of the customs/baggage area, you turn right and go up the escalator; the ATM is very near the top of the escalator.
