Post-bombing Bali?

Has anyone been to Bali after the bombings?

I was there two weeks before the bombing, and am still bothered by that violence and the consequences.

Just returned tonight. Absolutely WONDERFUL time although wayyy too short (3 days!). Felt VERY safe. Had a wonderful guide/driver who took me all over the island (if you need/want one, please let me know and I'll be happy to send you his name - he's been used by other FTers as well).

The people were very friendly, but it is obvious that this island has been hit VERY hard by the ramifications of tourists not going there. There were very few people at any of the hotels I stayed at or in the towns.

There is security everywhere. I travelled alone and felt safe while there.
