Question Help with visa for Indonesia

I am going on a cruise that stops at several ports in Indonesia including Bali. I am confused about what visa to apply for and the cruise line hasn't been very helpful. I see that there is a single entry 60 day tourist visa and a one year multiple entry tourist visa. I don't know which to apply for because I don't understand how things work with cruise ships (this is my first cruise). I am traveling on a Cyprus (EU) passport. Can anyone advise me please?

Just apply for the E-VOA ( electronic visa on arrival), assuming you are staying in Indonesia for less than 30 days.

It will be for 6 days (5 stops). Does a E-VOA work for cruises?

Assuming you are arriving at one of the eligible seaports ( and I can't imagine you are not)
