Yet another Bali accommodation recommendation thread

I have booked a trip to Bali (my first time there) in the last week of October for 7 days. Intention is to be able to work remotely from my accommodation for the first 3 days and then take time off for the remaining. After reading previous posts here about Bali and other travel sites, I'm thinking of splitting my time between Sanur or Jimbaran (when I'm working) and then Canggu / Seminyak for the last 4 days, although I'm open to spending the entire stay in one location preferably Seminyak so I'm close to the nightlife.

Budget is under $250 USD/ night
When I'm working, I need somewhere with decent wifi, a comfortable desk and chair to work from and definitely no construction noise during the day. Proximity to cafes and restaurants and access to a spa onsite would be a plus when I'm not working.
Ideally would have preferred adults only resorts or those that allow kids over 12 yo only but they are well above the $250 USD/ night budget.

From my research I have narrowed it down to these places and I'm happy to split my time across 2 properties for work vs holiday.
It's a long list I know and I'm caught in analysis paralysis. Appreciate your insights and recommendations

Intercontinental Bali - Jimbaran
Secana Beachtown - Canggu
Abia Villa - Legian
The Haven Bali - Seminyak
Cross Paasha Bali - Seminyak
The Bandha Hotel & Suites - Legian
TS Suites - Legian (I like the in-room jacuzzi)
The Komu
Mokko Suites Batubelig - Seminyak
The Bohemian Bali - Canggu. I noted there was some construction going on at the property but upon enquiring, the hotel advised that the construction is expected to complete by August.

Thanks
