Yeah, I went to a night market on Monday, and I was actually quite surprised that about 5% of people were walking around maskless. I honestly expected everyone to remain masked, especially in the night market (I was masked--Tainan night markets are quite crowded).

I do the same in elevators, as a courtesy.

Taiwan no longer requires PCR on arrival for Mainland China arrivals. However, according to both BR and CI, China requires a negative 48-hour PCR report for Taiwan (or other countries as well?) departures.
