Need Bali Villa recommendations
I'm looking to rent a 4 or 5 bedroom serviced villa in Bali for 4 - 5 days in May/June 2019.
Would be nice to have the following -
1. Private pool
2. On the beach or less than a 10 minute walk to the beach.
3. Comes with a full time chef and cleaning staff.
4. A lawn
5. View of the water
A friend recommended a very good one that is perfect but it's sold out - http://www.villasinga.com/
My budget is ~ $ 600/night.
I found some decent ones on TA and Airbnb. Should I be looking somewhere else as well?
Thanks!
Piyush

Where do you want to be? Seminyak area or where?
I would say that villa you showed before would be well over $600 a night. To me what you describe with those bedrooms in 5 star would be $1000 a night.

I've used them to book villas

Thanks Annalisa12! Area doesn't matter as long as it fits my other requirements. Most of the villas I have found on TA and Airbnb are in the Seminyak area.
My friend had stayed at Villa Singa for $ 600/night. They offered me a rate of $ 800/night and were willing to negotiate but did not have availability for the dates we needed.
I will checkout the two websites. Thanks again.

May/June is low season and some $1000 villas will discount to $600 but not the best ones, also lots of new villas for rent which has increased supply substantially if you are ok with high density and location. I've found some good ones through ministryofvillas.com ... as for staff, even the cheapest $100 villa comes with cleaning staff and you can source your own chef easily in Bali for quite a reasonable price. Shouldn't be a decision point. Personally I look for the quality of the pool

Go for personal recommendations or use an agency. There are many sub-par properties that have great (fake) reviews and look fantastic online but are not. Only rent a property that has been around for a while. Location does matter. At that budget you can rent a good villa, but not a perfect one that fits all your requirements.

Thank you. I am willing to up my budget a little if that helps. I will check out ministryofvillas.com. Thanks for the tip!

Any suggestions? I am willing to up my budget if that helps me get a better place.
