Data SIM for Siem Reap/Angkor
During my previous travel I did not need data connectivity at my phone but situation this time might be different. I would need data SIM just for 4 days with no more than 500MB of usage.
What are available options and where is the best to buy the SIM card?

I use Cellcard which is fine for in towns. People traveling into the countryside probably use another carrier. You can find data pricing here. It looks like iNET200 would be what you're looking for.
If there's a cellcard kiosk at the airport grab one there. Otherwise in town there will most certainly be a large HQ.

There are a few kiosks at the airport. I can't remember which provider I used but I recall the price was ridiculously low for the amount of data I needed over a period of 10 days. It was also the fastest local SIM transaction I've ever had - I was on my way in minutes.
