Afternoon joyflight

I am going to be in Singapore for a few days next month and due to a combination of circumstances, I find myself with a little extra time than first anticipated.

I'm fairly keen to take a half day excursion to fly from SIN-KUL on MH, then from KUL-CGK-SIN on KL's and then AF's 777s, my favourite plane . I'd have no luggage apart from a shoulder bag.

I've got a few niggling questions though.
  1. Could I check in at the transit counter in KUL and avoid clearing immigration?
  2. Would I be able to check in and get both boarding passes in KUL?
  3. Would 2 hours be sufficient to transit in CGK?
  4. Would Immigration/Customs in SIN be upset that I in effect never entered another country?

Thank you!
