Benoa, Indonesia

Have a little over 24 hours here due to an overnight on a cruise ship and I am stuck for ideas. Any help please!

Benoa is in Bali, so the entire southern part of the island is your oyster.

Yes, that is right
Benoa is in southern part of Bali, if you don't have much time to be spent, you could play water sports for 1 or 2 hours or just travel around

Ubud or Chandi Dasa. Maybe go to Tirta Gangga and AJung Water Palace.

Benoa is the harbour of South Bali - lots of cruise ships call in there - in recent months a lot of work has been done on the harbour entrance and the dock to allow bigger cruise ships.
Some anchor off in the Lombok Straits, and tender in.
