Coming in way late here, but if you're looking for a "classic" flight on an Asian flag carrier, Biman (Bangladesh) still has 2 or 3 DC-10s. There's a trip report somewhere in the archives along with photos; these old birds are definitely showing their age.
They're bringing some 773s into the fleet right now, so the "classic" days may be numbered.

Oh, I've experienced a few of those on Myanma Airways domestic. The ones they didn't crash, anyway! Come to think of it, also an F-27, but that was probably about 10-11 years ago.

To make things potentially more...exciting, Air Koryo has quite an interesting fleet, and a lot more flights in and out of FNJ than I really expected to see.
By "more exciting" I mean that it's the only airline that SkyTrax has graced with a one-star rating.

SkyTrax ratings can be bought, you do know that, right? (search FT threads of the last year for discussion of some of the upgraded ratings for a couple of the Chinese carriers). Which is why it's guidance is increasingly untrustworthy.
