KUL: Getting from the LCCT to the Satellite Terminal

I will be arriving on an Air Asia flight from LGK into KUL, which I am assuming arrives into the LCCT, and then 3 hours later I have an LH flight which I assume leaves from the Satellite Terminal. At first I thought I can take the Aerotrain but upon further research it seems that's not an option. Can anyone direct me how to get from one terminal to the other?

Also, once I'm in the Satellite Terminal, what lounge do you guys recommend? I'm *A Gold flying in F. Are there any specific lounges I should be visiting during my time there?

Thanks

There is a bus running every half hour or hour depending on the time of day
to the main terminal. Don't take taxis as they overcharge.
The *A lounges for your LH flight are either Thai or SQ. They invite you into
Thai which has no extra lounge for F. All are crowded into one room. Food and
beverage are shabby. Same applies for SQ which has the additional disadvantage that it is chilled to deep-freeze where you long to leave after
5 mns. Pity you cannot enjoy the FCT in Frankfurt (maybe the FC lounge upon
arrival) where you can check what real F luxury is like.

So you're basically saying that no lounge is quite good in KUL - but which is the lesser of the evil's?

Actually, I am connecting in LH F, so I do plan on spending 4-5 hours in the FCT, where they will hopefully drive me in a porsche to my connecting flight!

Sorry for late reply.
The lesser evil is the Thai lounge. Consider it a biz lounge which is very
crowded before the Thai / LH flights around 8 pm.
You may have difficulties entering the LH F Terminal as they reversed their
entry policy. Arrivals must go to the LH F Lounges, except if you are on
a LH F connecting flight (or Swiss).
However, there will be no car transfer from the F Lounge.

LH Frankfurt

P.S.
As I don't know whether you will be stopping our continuing in FRA I assumed
you stop.
If you continue - even in C on LH - you are (contrary to my former post)
entitled to use the LH F Terminal. However, they ceased transporting you
there. You have to walk. And from there you might get transportation to your
flight, however, I was never transported in a Porsche but a Mini-Van with
half a dozen passengers.
The amenities of the (rightly) famed LH F Lounges are exactly the same as
with the Terminal. You can have a shower and get a free rubber duck.
BUT, no car transfers. The LH First Lounge is in B Terminal upon arrival.
As LH is touching down in BKK for one hour you are either allowed to leave the aircraft or to stay put on it. If they allow you to leave (depends on the captain) you can make use of the Thai F Class Lounge and its spa for which you will have no time. Treatments are free.

Ok, to clarify, I will be stopping in FRA for 6 hours coming FROM an F flight on LH connecting TO an F flight on LH so I WILL be able to use the FCT and since I'm continuing in F I should be able to get the Porsche.

Do you know if they will provide transportation from when I get off the plane in FRA to the FCT or will I have to walk?

And thanks for the info on the Thai lounge in KUL. I wasn't sure though what you meant about the spa in BKK. Maybe you thought I was going from KUL to FRA, but I'm not. The FRA part of my trip is a week later.
