Beach Resort in May
Wife and I are thinking of taking a short beach trip in May we are thinking Four Seasons at Koh Samui, Bali Jimbaran Bay, or Langkawi.
Not being familiar with this part of the world in May which would have the better weather? What other things should we consider?

Mander: Good timing . 2nd hottest month in Thailand & Malaysia. Keep to the beach as it's sweltering inland. Have flown from USM to HKT (Phuket is close to Langkawi) 6 times or so and have found Samui a little cooler. Monsoon starts up late June usually. May begins 'dry season' in Bali. Don't forget the 30 SPF ! wj
