Something like this?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Geo-Trax-%27Cr...QQcmdZViewItem

If it's something I can get in the UK and the price suits you, you can have it as soon as September 1st.

Alex, why don't you just list the GeoTrax modules that you may be interested in. Often B+M stores have more availability that you can find online.

I didnt know that actual retailers had better selection... thanks for this tip. I thought it would be best to first "recruit" FTers that were up to being Toy Mules and then working with them to see where its best to source these.... after all, Im already being a pain in the rear in having folks mule these down here, if I on top of that have to get them to go to an actual store, thats even more trouble... hence my focus on having things purchased online.

Ive been told about it but I have to dig into the details.... I guess its a bulletin board & blog for parents and kids that are fans of the system, or...?

JF is a fan of the GeoTrax sites, but basically of the different "episodes" that are available for viewing... he is also a fanatic of the DVD that comes with the system... we have at least 2 viewings of the entire CD per day...

Alex, this afternoon I checked a couple of stores. The local Toys R Us had no GeoTrax, but it is available on their web site, albeit a limited number of items.

I also checked a local Target (in a poor neighborhood), that had a couple of big sets (Zoo and Airport), and some smaller vehicle sets that were branded with *exclusive to Target* (although these sets are apparently listed on the F-P web site).

So part of the problem is obviously that certain retailers carry specific merchandise that is unavailable elsewhere (except eBay).

Gaucho,
Since you "bumped" this thread, I assume you still need help with getting some items to Buenos Aires. If this is the case, let me know, and we can probably work out an arrangement for me to bring you some items. I arrive in Buenos Aires on Saturday (Aug. 15)

You're probably right - I just put in geotrax in the search and it seemed to come back with lots of results which I never paid much attention to. Not having a young son prevents me from playing with toy trains I'm afraid.
