EZE construction ??
I was told I need to be at the airport 4 hours early for an international flight with CO to Houston. I was told that is due to construction. Any personal experience will be appreciated. I plan on arriving 3 hours earlier. Is that OK? I have Elite Access for check-in.

Yes, there is construction work currently going on at EZE but it doesn't significantly change the time you need to pass through the airport. Who told you 4 hours? I flew out from EZE a couple of weeks ago and arrived back on Thursday and had no problems whatsoever. 3 hours will be fine, especially as you have access to elite check-in. I always aim to arrive 3 hours before a flight and I've never had any problems.

For evening departures, 3 hours should be fine. But I wouldn't make it less than 3 hours. Between check in, paying the departure tax line, security line (usually is very quick) and (sometimes the worst) the exit migration line, you need the potential time.

3 hours should be enough.

I left EZE last Thursday (Thanksgiving), and there were significantly less people on flights that I normally see (even in off season). This can't just be due to the holiday, since flights to Europe were also light.
I arrived 2 hours before departure, and using the Elite UA checkin line, I was able checkin, pay the exit tax, go through security screen, and exit immigration in under 30 minutes.
The UA Red Carpet Club was not crowded which has formally been the case since LH resumed their FRA flights, and uses the club on those evenings when they have departures.
