breaking news - Arg. Government takes full operative control of AR
http://www.lanacion.com.ar/nota.asp?nota_id=1072592
Local press is reporting that the Argentine Government, using a recent ruling by a Federal Court, has taken full operational control of Aerolineas Argentinas by designating an interim CEO who will report to the Secretary of Transportation.
Seems like this should lead the way to the Marsans boys getting booted out sooner than expected....

Local press is reporting that compulsory nationalization may after all happen, as the Marsans Group is insisting on its valuations and the Argentine State is saying AR has negative equity, and is insisting on a total transfer of the Airlines to state ownership for a purchase price of AR$1....
