Cataract Surgery in BsAs

Hi all,
Does anyone have a recommendation for an eye surgeon to do cataract surgery on my sister? She has a high deductable insurance plan in the US, so it might well be cheaper to spend time in her beloved Buenos Aires while recuperating from surgery done by a local "genius"

I suggest contacting the Instituto Zaldivar.

Didn't think it to be that expensive, and recup time is very short. usually there is a 4-5 week period between eyes, to confirm the first one took.

That would make for a nice, long visit!

Anyone know how long after the surgery till you can fly again?

Im not sure, but I think it depends on how old the patient is, etc. In general, I understand its one week to 10 days, but I remember they said it depends each case (when my mom had her eyes done).
