Yes... EZE taxis are cheaper than MTL but the savings are not worth it. You can end up with a small or older car thats not in the best condition.... if it were 50% cheaper then maybe I would say go for it but the difference in price does not justify getting a lousy car and being uncomfortable for around 40 mins.

Has gone up to 98 pesos now.

Efficient, via a large island booth as you arrive from customs.

HOWEVER city to EZE is now 78 Pesos - all numerous tolls included.

No idea if 78 Peso is cheaper than hailing one on the street tho in downtown.

I paid about 130 pesos for the MTL car service earlier this week. It took about 40 minutes due some traffic jams on the way. No problem with carrying my enormous ski bag either.

Wirelessly posted (Nokia N97 / Palm TX: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows 98; PalmSource/Palm-D050; Blazer/4.3) 16;320x448)

Last week, a good client told me about Fred, a guy from New York that lives down here and started a Car Service with his Lincoln Town Car.

I need to comp a pickup from EZE next week and will meet him.... and will report back.

Was charged ARS 140 for the EZE-AEP transfer by MTL remis 2 1/2 weeks ago (paid by CC). Might have taken the bus but we had a connecting flight so paid for the remis service.

Latest update on prices Jan 2012.
Used MTL (Manuel Tienda Leon) from Eze to Aep with a shared bus/coach. Single journey was 70Pesos.
It runs 24hrs and they allow 1.5hrs for the journey with one stop enroute.
We got there on a saturday in 1hr 10, leaving at 9.30am
From 6.30am till 20.30 it runs every hour on half past the hour.
It is then 21:45, 22:30, 23:15, 24:00, 01:00, 02:00, 03:00, 04:00 and 05:00 (so 5am till 6:30am is longest wait)
From 06:00 to 21:45 it leaves from Terminal B and 22:30 till 5am from Terminal A.

Thanks for the link to the Taxiezeiza site. Bit of a worry when what I at first thought was Spanish, turns out to be latin!!

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, adep consectetur adipiscing elit.tuna
... which I think is a bog standard page filler in a lot of apps! Doesn't inspire confidence in me to send my details through....

Interesting thread in seeing how much the price has risen over the years!!
