Hi, what kind of problem are we talking about? because I never had a problem with Uber and my international CC (Chase Sapphire US), they will convert the pesos using the Dolar MEP, which is much higher (double) than the official rate but usually little lower than Blue rate.

Good to know. A year ago when I was there (prior to the Blue rate processing with credit cards), Uber would often not be able to process an International credit card. I worked maybe 1 out of 3 times. It was something on their end. Friends there told me never use a credit card with Uber because it almost never works. Wondered if it was working consistently now.

It seems like some app drivers don't want non-cash rides. I don't know how they "square up" with the apps (i.e., UBER withholds the UBER portion of the cash fares from the CC fares paid?) Myself, and those I know typically use Cabify and some use Didi, and I always pay cash.
