Best way to transfer EZE -> AEP?
What's the best way to transfer from EZE to AEP? My wife and I are arriving on Saturday Sunday, flight landing at EZE on Saturday at 11:20, next flight departing AEP at 15:00. Taxi? Pre-reserved car? Uber? Fast, reliable, comfortable service is more important than cheapest price.

There are many taxi companies operating at EZE. Tienda Len, located right after customs, is usually the most expensive, whereas Taxi Ezeiza, whose stand is next to the exit to the parking area, is also reliable and cheaper. You can pre-book Taxi Ezeiza through their website. This way they will have a car waiting for you.
Uber is an even cheaper option but it depends on how much luggage you have -- their cars tend to be on the smaller side. Uber is technically illegal in Buenos Aires, and as such there is no official pick-up point. Your driver will possibly call you (in Spanish probably) to arrange for a meeting point somewhere in the departures area.
Since you arrive next Sunday, traffic should not be a major issue. Besides it being Sunday, next weekend is an ultra-long-weekend here, as Monday and Tuesday are holidays, and many people will probably leave the city. The drive to AEP should take 45 minutes or less.

After you go through the customs area (the baggage x-ray), you'll go through a set of automatic doors. In that little room, before the next doors and you enter a hall full of the masses awaiting their loved ones, arrange for your car.

Just an update that I completed this transfer today from AEP to EZE. Landed in AEP on LATAM from Puerto Iguazu at 12:42. I had checked a bag, and collected my bag and had my ticket on Tienda Leon for the transfer by 13:15. The buses leave AEP for EZE every hour, on the hour. Price was 580 ARS, which is $9.70 USD. Private transfers with Tienda Leon were 1,800 ARS. My bus left just before 14:00. The bus ride was comfortable - air con, reclining seats, USB outlets. We arrived at EZE at 15:15 after a stop in downtown to drop off/pick up passengers. Traffic wasn't an issue
