Tienda León, located right after customs, is usually the most expensive, whereas Taxi Ezeiza, whose stand is next to the exit to the parking area, is also reliable and cheaper. I believe that Taxi Ezeiza also has a stand inside (and is the other "World Car?") - I'd suggest purchasing the taxi fare inside. There are 3 or so companies with booths. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes, you pay right there (credit cards accepted) and someone will walk you right out to the car (either the driver himself or another attendant) and you'll be on your way. Any of the inside booth companies will be fine.
After you go through the customs area (the baggage x-ray), you'll go through a set of automatic doors. In that little room, before the next doors and you enter a hall full of the masses awaiting their loved ones, arrange for your car.
