Beef/Steak course
After extensive googling I've yet to find anything, so I was wondering if anyone is familiar with a decent beef/steak course in Buenos Aires? We are looking for something to explain the cuts (why & what's the difference to other countries), what are the best qualities, what cut works for what, and especially how to prepare them. A combination of knowledge & practical details.
We did a multi-day, professional barista course in Sydney that was pretty useful although we don't have plans to work in cafe. A similar knowledge of beef would be worth the effort, I think.
