Will be flying into ASU on 25Nov on AA's US$480 SFO-ASU-SFO fare. May spend a couple of days in Paraguay but then have 8 days in northern Argentina. Have reciprocity fee paid from 2011.
However, never been to the north.
Suggestions besided Iguazu would be great.
What about bus travel to Salta? Convenient? Do not want to fly or visit BsAs this trip.
Thanks

If you are set on not flying, then the Bus is your only alternative, unless you want to rent a car and drive... which I would NOT advise you do. I think you have enough time to do Salta, Tucuman and Jujuy, which would be the three most important provinces to touch upon in Northern Argentina.

Care to share a little more about your specific interests...?
