Party in EZE
@ EZE now...on the JJ FD fare. My actual purpose is in GRU on Monday during my "stopover." But I have two days in Bs As.
However, I've lucked out here. Last night I walked out the door at AEP and went some distance before flagging a cab - so I avoided the worst ripoff. AEP is miles better than landing at EZE in the pampas anyway. After Italian coffee, I went downtown on the Subet to PDM. The guards @ Casa Rosada invited the turistas in...to my amazement, we got the tour inc. la Presidenta Kirchner's balcony view. Sunset over PDM is awesome! ^
The weather here is awesome...22 C today, clear and sunny and the Aires in Bs As really are Buenos...
After that to the bars in San Telmo (Gibraltar, LOL!) and a good evening of carousing.
This really is best in class. Without the DL SM :-: :-:

I got even luckier...I changed (not much) money at Calle Florida at ocho cincuenta. No bad bills, so far and I'm down to the last one so I'm already ahead.
I am sooo tired now that I can't move. I'm not sure I can even drink this glass of Malbec with my menu ejecutiva. I must get up @ 330am for my night time pampas tour (unfortunately, only MTL to EZE). I've been to EZE twice before, on majorly subverted award itns, but those involved 13 hours on the ground and I had zero time for anything except the biz. This trip is better than those.
Kudos to OP from the JJ FD thread from last fall ^ But I should have bought nineteen of these, like those RGN itins....
The only MR you will regret... is the one you didn't take.@:-)

Unfortunately not
After a several-hour delay @ EZE yesterday morning, I flew to GRU and am now at ORD. Next up this morning EWR, then a cross-NY transit to JFK for LH departure in late afternoon. It's a classic FT trip - I am using multiple interleaved itins to max the reach per buck.
As Arnie says, though, I'LL BE BAAAAACK.
When that happens, perhaps we might meet and you can show me the premimum-quality, decent-price Malbec that the extranjeros can never find?!
