EZE - AEP transfer time
I will be arriving at EZE on Tuesday morning at 10.50 AM (American) and have a connection from AEP at 2.20 PM (Aerolineas Argentinas) to Ushuaia. Depending on the driving conditions on a working day Noon time (I am assuming it will take about an hour to clear Immigration, collect baggage and do customs), is there sufficient gap to make the connection ? What will be the fastest means (and appx fare) to reach AEP? Since the airlines are different (and not even part of an alliance) I don't expect any help from them if I miss the connection.

All going well you would have enough time to make your connection. However that would rely on your inbound arriving on time, getting through immigration, baggage reclaim and customs without too much delay.....which might be tough at that time of day. Then you have to hope that the drive to AEP will be smooth.....usually takes about an hour but can take more depending on traffic conditions. A taxi is definitely your best form of transport to AEP and will cost 200-270 pesos.
As you're travelling on separate tickets I think you're taking a big risk to be honest and it would be better to give yourself a longer connection time.
