Need Help & Suggestions for Buenos Aires

Going to be in Buenos Aires for a few days in November, and I need some suggestions on the "must do" items.

So far:

1) Horseback riding. This is a must for my wife and I, as we love horseback riding.
2) Teatro Colon
3) Casa Rosada
4) A tango show (and maybe a lesson, if I'm brave enough)
5) Shopping (including visiting Gaucho's store!)

What other sites should we visit, or activities should we plan to do?

Ferry to Colonia del Sacramento?

The city is the Paris of South America, but in the "Paris of the East "-Bucharest, Romania fashion. That is to say it was something in its heyday, but that was long ago. First place I ever visited where graffiti was done by stencil. Worth seeing though.

To expand upon this, a visit to an estancia (e.g. Estancia El Omb http://www.estanciaelombu.com/eombu.htm) would allow you to go horseback riding and have a wonderful day in the country.

Bife de chorizo and good Malbec are a definite must. Make sure to schedule dinner late ( 10 pm) if you want to meet Argentinians.

If you can get a horseback riding day out combined with one of these then for me that is Argentina.
