Tesna leaps final hurdle in Ansett bid
The final obstacle hindering the sale of Ansett to the Fox-Lew syndicate has been removed.
The Sydney Airports Corporation Ltd has agreed in principle to assigning the rights of Ansett's domestic terminal to the airline's prospective buyer, the Tesna consortium.
A spokesman for the corporation has just confirmed an agreement has been reached between the parties.
A detailed statement outlining the deal will be released later this morning.
