They are considered based upon when they were earned, not when they post. Of course that's not to suggest that if you took a trip on December 30th that would qualify you for status, that AGR will get it right automatically, but again AFAIK the points are based upon date earned, not posted.

I had a trip in early October that did not post automatically until mid-November. There were two onboard tickets I faxed to AGR in August that finally posted at the end of November, as well. It seems to me the process is slowing down rather than speeding up.
