Amtrak news release 22 Nov. 05 New Orleans discount code V545. Good for 20% off on anything south of Atlanta and Memphis. Good on coach and sleepers. Got it from another web site Good on the CNO and Crescent.

Does anyone know the full T&Cs for this code? I tried some PHL-NOL trips in Feb./Mar. and couldn't find any the code worked for. Or is it only valid for travel exclusively within the area south of Atlanta and Memphis?
