Awards Chart
Is there any such thing as a Awards Chart showing how many miles are needed for each award?
If not, how can you find out how many miles are needed?

There is no more awards chart. You find out the cost by trying to book with points and seeing the resulting number, if that particular train is available to be booked with points and isn't blacked out.

The short, if cynical and slightly sarcastic answer, is "Take a guess and pray". There's no chart and the link between ticket price and award cost is tenuous at best.

Does anyone know if the old awards chart (not just the zones, but the actual number of points needed for various awards) has been archived online anywhere? I can remember some of the basics. But for the next several years at least, it would be nice to have a reference point in terms of comparing new awards to the previous versions.
