Missing points request deadline has been extended
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, the AGR team has extended the deadline for missing points requests from 90 to 120 days after travel. This is in response to the fact that 8000-series bus tickets can normally take up to 90 days to post to our system, due to slow remittance times by other carriers. This change takes effect immediately.
We ask that missing points requests not be submitted until 7 days after travel in any case. This gives our eTicketing system the chance to gather enough data about a trip to service the request. Furthermore, as before, brand new members may only submit requests for travel that took place up to 21 days prior to enrollment.
